A system and a method for monitoring road surface conditions using a drone are disclosed. A system for monitoring road surface conditions using a drone according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an unmanned air vehicle set to fly within a preset detection zone; at least one road surface detection device mounted on the unmanned air vehicle, taking an image of a road within a detection zone, measuring atmospheric conditions within the detection zone, and determining the road surface conditions within the detection zone based on the image of the road and the atmospheric conditions; a road monitoring server receiving information on the road conditions from one between the unmanned air vehicle and the road surface detection device to generate information for output; and a display device receiving the information for output from the road detection server to display the information. Accidents may be prevented in advance to guide safe driving.

    드론을 이용한 노면상태 감시 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 드론을 이용한 노면상태 감시 시스템은, 기설정된 감지구간 내에서 비행하도록 설정된 무인 비행체, 무인 비행체에 장착되고, 감지구간 내에서 도로 영상을 촬영하며, 감지구간 내의 대기상태를 측정하며, 도로 영상 및 상기 대기상태에 기반하여 감지구간 내의 노면상태를 판단하는 적어도 하나의 노면감지장치, 무인 비행체, 및 노면감지장치 중 어느 하나로부터 노면상태에 관한 정보를 수신하여 출력용 정보를 생성하는 도로 감시 서버, 및 도로 감시 서버로부터 출력용 정보를 수신하여 디스플레이하는 표시장치를 포함한다.
