The present invention relates to a device for controlling a cylinder according to cylinder workload, which diagnoses a failure of a cylinder based on cylinder workload and prevents the occurrence of following accidents. The device for controlling a cylinder according to cylinder workload comprises: a sensing unit for sensing a cylinder driving state using any one of a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor, a weight sensor, and a temperature sensor; a cylinder load calculation unit for calculating a cylinder workload from the cylinder driving state; a cylinder load calculation unit for predicting a cylinder workload corresponding to a vehicle control value; and a failure diagnosis unit for comparing the calculated and predicted values of the cylinder workload and, when the cylinder workload difference is greater than or equal to a preset value, diagnosing a cylinder failure.

    본 발명은 실린더 작업 부하에 따른 실린더 제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 이는 압력센서, 변위센서, 중량센서, 온도센서 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 실린더 구동 상태를 센싱하는 센싱부; 상기 실린더 구동 상태로부터 실린더 작업 부하를 산출하는 실린더 부하 산출부; 차량 제어값에 상응하는 실린더 작업 부하를 예측하는 실린더 부하 산출부; 및 실린더 작업 부하의 산출치와 예측치를 비교하고 실린더 작업 부하 차이가 기 설정치 이상이면, 실린더 고장을 진단하는 고장 진단부를 포함할 수 있다.
