Disclosed are an automatic shifting control system of a vehicle, and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic shifting control system of the vehicle comprises: a driving information detector which detects driving information from various sensors and controllers according to an operation of the vehicle; an automatic transmission which changes a shifting ratio according to a traveling status; and a controller. In the controller, the driving information is analyzed. Next, in a status where a gear range and an accelerator pedal opening amount are maintained equal to or more than a standard ratio when the vehicle starts and an engine torque is temporarily lowered at a shifting time on a shifting map (MAP), if a change in a final acceleration increases beyond a threshold, shifting of the transmission is limited as it is determined to be an exterior load generation condition. Provided are the automatic shiting control system of the vehicle, capable of securing start-off performance, and the method thereof.

    차량의 자동 변속 제어 시스템 및 그 방이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 은, 차량의 자동 변속 제어 시스템은, 차량의 운행에 따른 각종 센서와 제어기로부터 운전정보를 검출하는 운전정보 검출기; 주행상태에 따라 변속비를 변환하는 자동변속기; 및 상기 운전정보를 분석하여 차량의 출발시 기어단수와 악셀 페달 개도량이 기준비율 이상 유지되고 변속맵(MAP) 상의 변속시점에 엔진토크가 일시적으로 하향하는 상태에서 종가속도의 변화량이 임계치를 초과하여 증가하면 외부 부하 발생 조건으로 판단하여 상기 변속기의 변속을 제한하는 제어기;를 포함한다.
