The present invention relates to a refrigerant module for an integrated heat management system for a vehicle, which modularizes parts related to refrigerant and makes parts compact. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the refrigerant module for an integrated heat management system for a vehicle, which is a refrigerant module configured so that a refrigerant can circulate a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator, and accumulator, comprises: a compressor having a first suction port, through which the refrigerant is absorbed, and having a first discharge port through which the compressed refrigerant is discharged; a condenser having a second suction port through which the refrigerant discharged from the compressor is absorbed, and having a second discharge port through which the refrigerant, which has exchanged heat, is discharged; an expansion valve having a third suction port through which the refrigerant discharged from the condenser is absorbed, and having a third discharge port through which the expanded refrigerant is discharged; an evaporator having a fourth suction port into which the refrigerant discharged from the expansion valve is absorbed, and having a fourth discharge port through which the refrigerant which has exchanged heat is discharged; an accumulator having a fifth suction port through which the refrigerant discharged from the evaporator is absorbed, and having a fifth discharge port through which the refrigerant separated into a liquid and a gas is discharged; and a connector connecting and integrating the compressor, the condenser, the evaporator, and the accumulator and having a flow path flowing the refrigerant discharged from the accumulator toward the compressor.

    본 발명은 냉매 관련 부품들을 모듈화하여 부품을 컴팩트화 시키는 차량용 통합 열관리 시스템의 냉매모듈에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 차량용 통합 열관리 시스템의 냉매모듈은 냉매가 압축기, 응축기, 팽창밸브, 증발기 및 어큐뮬레이터를 순환하도록 구성되는 냉매모듈로서, 냉매가 흡입되는 제 1 흡입포트가 구비되고, 압축된 냉매가 토출되는 제 1 토출포트가 구비되는 압축기와; 상기 압축기로부터 토출되는 냉매가 흡입되는 제 2 흡입포트가 구비되고, 열교환된 냉매가 토출되는 제 2 토출포트가 구비되는 응축기와; 상기 응축기에서 토출되는 냉매가 흡입되는 제 3 흡입포트가 구비되고, 팽창된 냉매가 토출되는 제 3 토출포트가 구비되는 팽창밸브와; 상기 팽창밸브에서 토출되는 냉매가 흡입되는 제 4 흡입포트가 구비되고, 열교환된 냉매가 토출되는 제 4 토출포트가 구비되는 증발기와; 상기 증발기에서 토출되는 냉매가 흡입되는 제 5 흡입포트가 구비되고, 액상과 기상으로 분리된 냉매가 토출되는 제 5 토출포트가 구비되는 어큐뮬레이터와; 상기 압축기, 응축기, 증발기 및 어큐뮬레이터를 일체로 연결시키면서 상기 어큐뮬레이터에서 토출된 냉매를 상기 압축기로 유동시키는 유로가 형성되는 연결체를 포함한다.
