The present invention is to provide a fluid injection mechanism that mechanically and conveniently adjusts the number of fluid injections in a path different from a main path by discharging and spraying the fluid flowing into the interior according to a predetermined cycle without a large increase in cost. The present invention introduces a fluid injection mechanism including: a housing formed with an entrance part and a discharge part through which fluid flows in and out; a passage member formed inside the housing in a shape that blocks the space between the entrance part and the discharge part, and a part facing the entrance part has an opening formed in a partially open shape; a rotator provided inside the housing and moved between the passage member and the entrance part, and having a fluid passage formed in the longitudinal direction in which it is moved; and a rotation guide structure which guides the rotator to rotate by a certain rotational displacement during the movement of the rotator and aligns the fluid passage with the opening at a certain cycle when the fluid flows into the entrance part.
