The present invention relates to a temperature-sensitive pressure safety device for a fuel cell vehicle, which comprises: a hollow housing having a pressure operation hole formed on one side mounted on an outlet side of a hydrogen tank; a cylinder fixated and installed to the other side of the inside of the housing and having a discharge passage connected to the pressure operation hole therein; a piston disposed in the discharge passage to open and close the discharge passage; and temperature-sensitive metal supporting the piston to close the discharge passage in the discharge passage and molten in at least predetermined temperature. Therefore, the present invention forcibly discharges hydrogen inside the hydrogen tank for safety in at least predetermined temperature.
본 발명은 연료전지 차량의 온도감응식 압력안전장치에 관한 것으로, 수소탱크의 출구 측에 장착되는 일측에 압력작용홀이 형성된 중공 형상의 하우징, 하우징의 내부 타측에 고정 설치되며, 내측에 압력작용홀과 연통하는 배출통로를 구비하는 실린더, 배출통로에 배치되어 배출통로를 개폐하는 피스톤, 배출통로에서 피스톤이 배출통로를 폐쇄하도록 지지하며 일정 온도 이상에서 용융되는 온도감응메탈을 포함하여 일정 온도 이상에서 안전을 위하여 수소탱크 내의 수소를 강제 배출한다.
