The present invention relates to an LNG fuel supply system for a small-scale vessel with a submerged pump and an integrated heat exchanger, which can secure the stability of sailing. To this end, the LNG fuel supply system comprises: an LNG fuel tank that accommodates liquid fuel and gaseous fuel, and is provided with a submerged pump in the liquid fuel; an integrated heat exchanger that is formed with a first inner flow path, a second inner flow path adjacent to the first inner flow path, and a third inner flow path disposed to be opposite to the first and second inner flow paths to mutually and sequentially exchange heat; a fuel supply line that receives the liquid fuel of the LNG fuel tank from the submerged pump at a certain pressure to guide the fuel to the first inner flow path, gasify the fuel into gaseous fuel at a temperature required by an engine, and then supply the same to the engine; a pressure generation line that receives the liquid fuel of the LNG fuel tank to guide the fuel to the second inner flow path, heat the fuel to a certain temperature, and supply the same as free gas to an upper of the LNG fuel tank, and is installed with a pressure control valve for constantly maintaining the pressure of the LNG fuel tank; a glycol water supply line that receives a heat source from a glycol water heater heated by jacket water of the engine to supply the heat source to the third inner flow path; and a branching line that branches from the pressure generation line, through which the liquid fuel passes, to be connected to the fuel supply line, through which the liquid fuel passes, and is installed with a second pressure control valve for constantly maintaining the pressure of the LNG fuel tank.

    본 발명은 잠수식 펌프와 통합형 열교환기를 구비한 소형선박용 LNG 연료 공급 시스템에 관한 것으로, 이를 위하여 본 발명은 액체연료 및 기체연료를 수용하고, 상기 액체연료 내에 잠수식 펌프가 구비되는 LNG 연료탱크; 제1 내부유로, 상기 제1 내부유로와 인접하는 제2 내부유로 및 상기 제1, 2 내부유로와 대향되게 배치되어 상호 순차적으로 열교환하는 제3 내부유로가 형성되는 통합형 열교환기; 상기 LNG 연료탱크의 액체연료를 상기 잠수식 펌프로부터 일정 압력으로 공급받아 상기 제1 내부유로로 안내하여 엔진이 요구하는 온도의 기체연료로 기화시켜 엔진으로 공급하는 연료공급라인; 상기 LNG 연료탱크의 액체연료를 공급받아 상기 제2 내부유로로 안내하여 일정 온도로 가열시켜 프리가스로 상기 LNG 연료탱크 상부로 공급하고, 상기 LNG 연료탱크의 압력을 일정하게 유지시키기 위한 제1 압력제어밸브가 설치된 압력생성라인; 상기 엔진의 자켓워터에 의해 가열되는 글리콜워터 히터로부터 열원을 공급받아 상기 제3 내부유로로 공급하는 글리콜워터 공급라인; 및 액체연료가 통과하는 상기 압력생성라인으로부터 분기되어 액체연료가 통과하는 상기 연료공급라인과 연결되고, 상기 LNG 연료탱크의 압력을 일정하게 유지시키기 위한 제2 압력제어밸브가 설치되는 분기라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
