The present invention relates to a device for automatically inspecting and assembling a vehicle component. In particular, the present invention comprises: a fixing table; a spaced plate which is arranged in a state of being spaced apart from the fixing table to be elevated by means of a main elevating cylinder; a plurality of support jigs which are coupled to a first fixing stand fixed at the fixing table, and have height differences different from each other according to the shape of a component; a main component which is mounted on the support jigs; a sub-component which is arranged to be overlapped at the upper surface of the main component; a plurality of support probes which are fixed at the fixing table, and support the lower portion of the main component; a plurality of pressurizing probes which are downwardly fixed at the spaced plate, and pressurize the sub-component with the main component by means of the ascension of the spaced plate and the descension of the elevating cylinder coupled to the spaced plate; and an aiming working unit which is fixed at the fixing table to be located at the lower portion of the main component, and selectively allows the main component and the sub-component, mutually overlapped, to be bolt-coupled. Here, a plurality of first retainer pivots, attached to a vehicle, are further coupled to the main component. The support probe is located on the vertical line of each of the first retainer pivots and has a load cell further mounted to sense whether each of the first retainer pivots is coupled. The aiming working unit is configured as an electric driver which ascends by means of the elevating cylinder. Therefore, two vehicle components may be aligned to be bolt-assembled.

    본 발명은 자동차부품 자동 검사 및 조립 장치에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 고정테이블;과, 상기 고정테이블에 이격된 상태로 배치되어 메인승강실린더에 의해 승강되는 이격플레이트;와, 상기 고정테이블에 고정된 제1고정대에 결합되고, 부품의 형태에 따라 서로 다른 높이차를 갖는 다수의 받침지그;와, 상기 받침지그에 안착되는 메인부품;과, 상기 메인부품에 상부면에 중첩되게 배치되는 서브부품;과, 상기 고정테이블에 고정되고, 메인부품의 하부를 지지하는 다수의 받침프로브;와, 상기 이격플레이트에 하향 고정되고, 상기 이격플레이트의 승강과 이격플레이트에 결합된 승강실린더의 하강에 의해 상기 서브부품을 메인부품으로 가압하는 다수의 가압프로브;와, 상기 메인부품의 하부에 위치되도록 상기 고정테이블에 고정되고, 상호 간 중첩된 메인부품과 서브부품을 선별적으로 볼팅 결합시키는 에이밍작업부;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 메인부품에는 자동차에 부착되는 복수의 제1리테이너피봇이 더 결합되고, 상기 받침프로브는 상기 각 제1리테이너피봇의 수직선상에 위치하여 상기 각 제1리테이너피봇의 결합유무을 센싱할 수 있도록 로드셀이 더 장착되고, 상기 에이밍작업부는 승강실린더에 의해 상승하는 전동드라이버로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
