According to an embodiment, provided is a fuel cell controller which comprises: a first processing unit that receives a SoC of a battery from a BMS; and a second processing unit that controls charging of the battery by adjusting a potential difference between a boosted value of a battery voltage and a fuel cell voltage value according to a result of comparing a received SoC value with a numerical value in a preset range.

    실시예에 따르면, BMS로부터 배터리의 SoC를 수신하는 제1처리부; 및 수신한 SoC 값을 기 설정 범위의 수치값과 비교한 결과에 따라 배터리 전압의 승압값과 연료전지 전압값 간의 전위차를 조절하여 상기 배터리의 충전을 제어하는 제2처리부를 포함하는 연료전지 제어기를 제공한다.
