The present invention relates to a lifting and shock absorbing device for a railway vehicle, and more specifically, to a lifting and shock absorbing device for a railway vehicle, which distributes a load by lifting the front head portion of a railway vehicle, and absorbs impact energy in case of collision, thereby minimizing collision damage. To this end, the lifting and shock absorbing device for a railway vehicle is characterized by comprising: a buffer beam of which the front surface is formed to constitute a flat surface to receive precise power in a compression direction in case of collision, and in which a coupling hole is formed at the front central portion to penetrate from the upper portion to the lower portion, wherein a support is coupled to the lower central portion to support the lifting operation while absorbing collision energy; a support structure which is fixedly coupled to the front surface of the front head portion of the vehicle body of a railway vehicle, and of which the central portion has a support accommodating unit having a shape of a space incised to accommodate the lower portion of the support, wherein the lower end portion of the support is latched at the both sides of the support accommodating unit to be supported, and a support hanging unit is formed with the opened lower portion such that the support may be separated in case of collision; and a collision absorption member of which the front end has a first coupling unit to be coupled to the buffer beam, and the rear end has a second coupling unit to be coupled to the front surface of the front head portion of the vehicle body, while the middle portion is provided to absorb collision energy in case collision occurs.
본 발명은 철도차량용 리프팅 및 충격흡수장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 철도차량 전두부의 리프팅을 하중을 분산시키고, 충돌시 충격 에너지를 흡수하여 충돌 피해를 최소화 하는 철도차량용 리프팅 및 충격흡수장치에 관한 것이다. 구성은 철도차량용 리프팅 및 충격흡수장치에 있어서, 충돌시 압축방향으로 정확한 힘을 받을 수 있도록 전면이 평면을 이루도록 형성되고, 앞쪽 중앙부분으로는 상부에서 하부를 관통하는 결합구멍이 형성되며, 하부 중앙부분에는 리프팅 동작을 보조함과 동시에 충돌 에너지를 흡수할 수 있도록 하는 지지대가 결합, 형성되는 버퍼빔과; 철도차량 차체 전두부의 전면에 결합, 고정되고, 중간부에는 상기 지지대의 하부를 수용할 수 있도록 절개된 공간 형태의 지지대 수용부가 형성되며, 상기 지지대 수용부의 양측으로는 지지대의 하단부가 걸려 지지되도록 함과 동시에 충돌 발생시 상기 지지대가 분리될 수 있도록 하부가 개방된 지지대 걸이부가 형성되는 서포트 구조체와; 선단에 상기 버퍼빔과 결합을 위한 제1 결합부가 형성되고, 후단에는 차체 전두부의 전면과 결합을 위한 제2 결합부가 형성되며, 중간 부분에는 충돌 발생시 충돌 에너지를 흡수하기 위한 충돌흡수부재; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
