According to the present invention, a battery temperature sensing device comprises: a temperature sensing circuit including first to m^th resistor assemblies disposed in a one-to-one correspondence with first to m^th batteries (m is a natural number equal to or greater than 2) and connected in series with each other; a power supply circuit configured to output a constant voltage or constant current between both ends of the temperature sensing circuit; and a processing circuit configured to detect an overheated battery having a temperature above a threshold temperature among the first to m^th batteries based on a voltage across both ends of a series circuit of the first to m^th resistor assemblies.

    본 발명에 따른 배터리 온도 감지 장치는, 제1 내지 제m 배터리(m은 2 이상의 자연수)에 일대일 대응하도록 배치되고 서로 직렬로 연결되는 제1 내지 제m 저항 어셈블리를 구비하는 온도 감지 회로; 상기 온도 감지 회로의 양단 간에 정전압 또는 정전류를 출력하도록 구성되는 전원 회로; 및 상기 제1 내지 제m 저항 어셈블리의 직렬 회로의 양단에 걸친 전압을 기초로, 상기 제1 내지 제m 배터리 중 임계 온도 이상인 과열 배터리를 검출하도록 구성되는 프로세싱 회로를 포함한다.
