The present invention relates to a ballast water treatment system and a ship including the same, which increase sterilization efficiency by maximizing the ratio of components having excellent sterilization efficiency by dissolving carbon dioxide in ship ballast water to lower the pH, for ballast water treatment. According to the present invention, the ballast water treatment system comprises: a carbon dioxide injection unit for lowering the pH of the ballast water by injecting carbon dioxide into the ballast water; and a neutralizing agent injection unit for removing carbon dioxide by injecting a neutralizing agent into the ballast water. The injection of carbon dioxide into the carbon dioxide injection unit and the injection of the neutralizing agent into the neutralizing agent injection unit are repeated.

    본 발명은 선박 평형수 처리 시스템 및 이를 포함하는 선박에 관한 것으로, 선박 평형수에 이산화탄소를 주입하여 선박 평형수의 pH를 낮추는 이산화탄소 주입부; 및 선박 평형수에 중화제를 주입하여 이산화탄소를 제거하는 중화제 주입부를 포함하고, 상기 이산화탄소 주입부의 이산화탄소 주입과 상기 중화제 주입부의 중화제 주입이 반복된다.
