The present invention provides a control method of an IoT system for preventing problem situations and managing facilities by a server which comprises the following steps of: allowing a server to obtain management information from an IoT system corresponding to a management facility; allowing the server to determine whether a problem situation event has occurred based on the management information; allowing the server to obtain problem situation type information corresponding to the problem situation event according to a determination result; allowing the server to control an operation of the IoT system based on the problem situation type information; and allowing the server to transmit an alarm corresponding to the problem situation event to a pre-registered electronic terminal.

    본 발명은 서버가, 관리 시설에 대응하는 IoT 시스템으로부터 관리 정보를 획득하는 단계, 서버가, 관리 정보를 바탕으로 문제상황 이벤트의 발생 여부를 판단하는 단계, 서버가, 판단 결과에 따라, 문제상황 이벤트에 대응하는 문제상황 유형 정보를 획득하는 단계, 서버가, 문제상황 유형 정보를 바탕으로, IoT 시스템의 동작을 제어하는 단계 및 서버가, 기 등록된 전자 단말로 문제상황 이벤트에 대응하는 알람을 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 서버에 의한 문제상황 방지 및 시설물 관리를 위한 IoT 시스템의 제어 방법을 제공한다.
