PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management system and a facility management method which have a simple configuration and are capable of precisely detecting an inspection failure which may occur during performing inspection according to a maintenance and inspection schedule predetermined for respective facilities.SOLUTION: The facility management system has a configuration to determine occurrence of inspection failure by comparing an actual work time, which is measured as a time elapsed from a start point of the inspection to a termination point according to the maintenance and inspection schedule, to an estimated work time corresponding to the maintenance and inspection schedule extracted from a work time table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】設備ごとに決められた保守点検計画に従って点検を実行する際に発生しうる点検漏れを、簡単な構成で、かつ精度良く検出することのできる設備管理システムおよび設備管理方法を得る。【解決手段】今回の保守点検計画に従って点検を実行開始してから実行終了するまでの間に経過する時間として計測された実作業時間と、作業時間テーブルから抽出された、今回の保守点検計画に対応する推定作業時間とを比較することで点検漏れの有無を判定する構成を備える。【選択図】図1
