In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, a battery diagnosis device for a battery including a parallel connector of a plurality of unit cells, includes: a data acquisition unit formed to collect charge/discharge data including a voltage time series representing a time-dependent change in a voltage across both ends of the battery and a current time series representing a time-dependent change in a charge/discharge current flowing through the battery; and a data processing unit formed to determine an estimated capacity value representing a full charge capacity of the battery, based on the charge/discharge data. The data processing unit is formed to diagnose the abnormality of the parallel connector by monitoring a time-dependent change of the estimated capacity value.

    본 발명의 일 측면에 따른, 복수의 단위 셀의 병렬 접속체를 포함하는 배터리를 위한 배터리 진단 장치는, 상기 배터리의 양단에 걸친 전압의 경시적 변화를 나타내는 전압 시계열 및 상기 배터리를 통해 흐르는 충방전 전류의 경시적 변화를 나타내는 전류 시계열을 포함하는 충방전 데이터를 수집하도록 구성되는 데이터 취득부; 및 상기 충방전 데이터에 기초하여, 상기 배터리의 만충전 용량을 나타내는 추정 용량값을 결정하도록 구성되는 데이터 처리부를 포함한다. 상기 데이터 처리부는, 상기 추정 용량값의 경시적 변화를 모니터링하여, 상기 병렬 접속체의 이상을 진단하도록 구성된다.
