The present invention provides an electronic parking brake system which can generate re-clamping power of an electronic parking brake without applying an unreasonable load to the electronic parking brake. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electronic parking brake system comprises an actuator of an electronic parking brake operating by a motor. The electronic parking brake system further comprises: a motor driving part driving the motor; and a control part electrically connected to the motor driving part. The control part determines whether an engine is tuned off if a parking switch is operated, determines whether a vehicle is pushed based on a wheel pulse if the engine is turned off and applying information of the electronic parking brake is parking applying information corresponding to a parking applying mode, determines whether driver steering is intended based on a steering angle and external impact information if the vehicle is pushed, and controls the motor driving part to prevent the electronic parking brake from being re-clamped if driver steering is intended.

    일실시예에 따른 전자식 주차 브레이크 시스템은 모터에 의하여 작동하는 전자식 주차 브레이크의 액추에이터를 포함하는 전자식 주차 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 모터를 구동시키는 모터 구동부; 및 모터 구동부와 전기적으로 연결되는 제어부를 포함하고, 제어부는 주차 스위치가 작동된 상태이면, 엔진이 꺼진 상태인지를 판단하고, 엔진이 꺼진 상태이고, 전자식 주차 브레이크의 작동 정보가 주차 작동(Apply) 모드에 해당하는 주차 작동 정보이면, 휠 펄스에 기초하여 차량의 밀림이 발생하는지를 판단하고, 차량의 밀림이 발생하면, 외부 충격 정보와 조향각에 기초하여 운전자 조향 의도인지를 판단하고, 운전자 조향 의도이면, 전자식 주차 브레이크를 재체결(Re-Clamp)시키지 않도록 모터 구동부를 제어하는 것을 포함한다.
