The present invention provides an insulation system of a liquefied gas storage tank with a double metal barrier structure, which includes: an insulating layer installed on an inner wall of a hull; a secondary barrier and a primary barrier installed adjacent to each other in succession on the upper part of the insulating layer and spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction; and an inter-barrier structure installed between the secondary barrier and the primary barrier. The inter-barrier structure includes: a plurality of support members for separating the primary barrier upwardly from the secondary barrier and supporting the barriers; and a connecting member for connecting the support members placed adjacent to each other. The connecting member includes a wrinkled structure which protrudes upward to absorb a sloshing load occurring inside the liquefied gas storage tank and heat shrinkage caused by cryogenic liquefied gas accommodated inside the liquefied gas storage tank. The present invention can secure structural stability against the sloshing loads occurring inside the liquefied gas storage tank and can respond flexibly to the heat shrinkage of the primary and secondary barriers. In addition, an installation structure of inter-barrier structure is simplified, thereby greatly improving the efficiency and constructability of an installation work.

    본 발명은 선체 내벽에 설치되는 단열층; 단열층의 상부에 연속하여 인접하게 설치되되 상하 방향으로 서로 이격되는 2차 방벽과 1차 방벽; 및 2차 방벽과 1차 방벽 사이에 설치되는 방벽 간 구조물을 포함하는 액화가스 저장탱크의 단열시스템에 있어서, 상기 방벽 간 구조물은, 1차 방벽을 2차 방벽으로부터 상측으로 이격시키고 지지하는 다수의 지지부재; 및 서로 인접하게 배치되는 지지부재 사이를 연결하는 연결부재를 포함하고, 상기 연결부재는 액화가스 저장탱크 내부에서 발생하는 슬로싱 하중 및 액화가스 저장탱크 내부에 수용되는 극저온 액화가스에 의한 열수축을 흡수할 수 있도록 상방으로 돌출된 형태의 주름 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이중 금속 방벽 구조를 가지는 액화가스 저장탱크의 단열시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 액화가스 저장탱크의 내부에서 발생하는 슬로싱 하중에 대한 구조적 안정성을 확보하는 동시에 1, 2차 방벽의 열수축에 대해서도 유연한 대응이 가능하고, 방벽 간 구조물의 설치구조가 간소화되어 설치 작업의 효율성 및 시공성이 크게 향상되는 효과가 있다.
