The present invention relates to a fatigue test device and fatigue test method of vehicle body parts and, more specifically, to a fatigue test device of vehicle body parts, as a device for testing the fatigue of vehicle body parts, including: a lower fastening jig for fastening and fixing the lower end of vehicle body parts; an upper fastening jig for pressing the top of the vehicle body parts; a hydraulic actuator for moving the upper fastening jig in a Z direction to apply a load to the vehicle body parts; a load cell provided between the upper fastening jig and the hydraulic actuator to measure a load applied by the hydraulic actuator in real time; and a ball joint provided between the upper fastening jig and the hydraulic actuator to ensure the rotational freedom of the upper fastening jig. Accordingly, time and economic benefits can be achieved by reducing the number of tests per FULL CAR unit.

    본 발명은 자동차 차체단품 피로시험장치, 피로시험방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 자동차의 차체 단품에 대한 피로를 시험하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 차체단품의 하단을 체결, 고정시키기 위한 하부 체결치구; 상기 차체단품의 상단을 가압시키는 상부 체결치구; 상기 상부 체결치구를 Z방향으로 이동시켜 상기 차체단품에 하중을 인가시키는 유압액추에이터; 상기 상부체결치구와 상기 유압액추에이터 사이에 구비되어, 상기 유압액추에이터에 의해 인가되는 하중을 실시간으로 측정하는 로드셀; 및 상기 상부 체결치구와 상기 유압액추에이터 사이에 구비되어, 상기 상부 체결치구의 회전자유도를 확도하는 볼 조인트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 차체단품 피로시험장치에 관한 것이다.
