The present invention relates to a submarine waste lifting device, which is characterized by comprising: a driving unit which is installed at a vessel to output rotating force; a torque delivering means which is inserted under the water while being connected to the driving unit to touch the sea bottom surface, and is axially rotated by receiving rotating force from the driving unit; and a waste winder which is connected to the end portion of the torque delivering means, and is moved by being dragged by the vessel when the vessel is moved while being rotated by receiving the rotating force from the torque delivering means, in order to wind up waste discarded on the sea bottom surface. Therefore, according to the submarine waste lifting device of the present invention, the distance of the waste winder to the lifted ship may be adjusted to be used in various sites regardless of the water depth. In addition, the torque delivering means applying rotating torque to the waste winder provides a bendable structure, thereby eliminating concerns regarding deformation or breakage caused by tidal currents. Furthermore, oxygen may be supplied inside the mud by turning the sea bottom surface inside out, while capturing starfish, which are noxious animals, and retrieving shells.

    본 발명은 해저 폐기물 인양장치에 관한 것이다. 이는, 선박에 설치되며 회전력을 출력하는 구동부와; 상기 구동부에 연결된 상태로 수중에 투입되어 해저면에 닿고, 구동부로부터 회전력을 전달받아 축회전하는 토크전달수단과; 토크전달수단의 단부에 연결되며, 선박의 이동 시 선박에 끌려 이동하면서 토크전달수단으로부터 회전력을 전달받아 회전하고, 해저면에 방치되어 있는 폐기물을 감아올리는 폐기물와인더가 포함된 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 해저 폐기물 인양장치는, 인양선박에 대한 폐기물와인더의 거리 조절이 가능하므로 수심과 상관없이 다양한 현장에서 사용 가능하다. 또한, 폐기물와인더로 회전토크를 인가하는 토크전달수단이 휘어질 수 있는 구조를 가지므로, 조류에 의한 변형이나 파손의 염려가 없다. 아울러, 해저면을 뒤집어 뻘 내부에 산소가 공급되게 함과 동시에, 유해 동물인 불가사리를 포획하고 패각을 수거할 수 있다.
