The present invention relates to a system for predicting fatigue failure of a hull by a slamming load using a digital twin. According to the present invention, by using the digital twin, the system for predicting fatigue failure of a hull by a slamming load using a digital twin can guide and automatically control a safe navigation route, enabling prediction of fatigue failure of the hull by performing a simulation based on real-time environmental external force information according to a navigation route of a ship and monitoring results for a slamming load generated on the hull and minimization of the slamming load of the ship. The system for predicting fatigue failure of a hull includes a digital twin server; a hull slamming load measurement part; a marine wave motion measurement part; an environmental external force information collection part; a control part; and a display part.
본 발명은 디지털 트윈을 이용하여 선박의 운항 경로에 따른 실시간 환경외력 정보와 선체에 발생하는 슬래밍 로드에 대한 모니터링 결과를 시뮬레이션을 진행하여 선체 피로 파괴를 예측하고 선박의 슬래밍 로드를 최소화 할 수 있는 안전운항 경로를 안내 및 자동제어 할 수 있는 디지털 트윈을 이용한 슬래밍 로드에 의한 선체 피로 파괴 예측 시스템을 제안한다.
