The present invention relates to a method for predicting a battery deterioration degree of an electric vehicle. The method includes the following steps of: determining a current battery resistance increase rate by measuring the resistance of a battery having increased during a charging period for the battery; determining an initial battery resistance increase rate based on an initial battery resistance increase rate map which is preset to indicate a battery resistance increase rate for the battery in a BOL state; and based on the current battery resistance increase rate and the initial battery resistance increase rate, calculating a current battery deterioration degree of the battery. Therefore, the method is capable of predicting a more accurate battery deterioration degree value through simpler calculation.

    전기차량의 배터리 열화도 예측 방법으로서, 배터리의 충전기간 동안 증가한 상기 배터리의 저항을 측정함으로써 현재 배터리 저항증가속도를 결정하고, BOL 상태인 상기 배터리에 대한 배터리 저항증가속도를 나타내도록 미리 설정된 초기 배터리 저항증가속도 맵에 기초하여 초기 배터리 저항증가속도를 결정한 후, 현재 배터리 저항증가속도 및 상기 초기 배터리 저항증가속도에 기반하여, 상기 배터리의 현재 배터리 열화도를 연산함으로써 보다 간단한 연산을 통해 보다 정확한 배터리 열화도 값을 예측할 수 있는 배터리 열화도 예측 방법에 관한 것이다.
