The present invention proposes an electric vehicle fast charging apparatus based on an over-temperature control, comprising: an input end three-phase four-wire relay determining the power supply of an AC three-phase four-wire power supply unit; a power conversion unit receiving the three-phase four-wire power from the input end three-phase four-wire relay and outputting a DC high voltage; an output end high-voltage DC relay determining an output of the DC high voltage of the power conversion unit; an electric vehicle battery receiving an output voltage of the output end high-voltage DC relay and being charged; and a DC+ and DC- temperature sensor arranged on the output end high-voltage DC relay. The DC+ and DC- temperature sensor includes: a temperature measuring contact unit measuring a temperature; a nickel-chromium (NiCr) accessing the temperature measuring unit and generating a first voltage (V1) of a temperature detection unit; and a nickel-aluminum (NiAl) accessing the temperature measuring contact unit and generating a second voltage (V2) of the temperature detection unit. Therefore, an over-temperature can be dealt with most efficiently.

    본 발명에서는, 과온도 제어 기반의 전기자동차 급속충전장치에 있어서, 교류 3상 4선식 전원부의 전원공급을 결정하는 입력단 3상 4선식 릴레이; 상기 입력단 3상 4선식 릴레이에서 3상 4선의 전원을 공급받아서 직류 고전압을 출력하는 전력변환; 상기 전력변환부의 직류 고전압의 출력을 결정하는 출력단 고전압 DC 릴레이; 상기 출력단 고전압 DC 릴레이의 출력전압을 공급받아서 충전하는 전기자동차 배터리; 상기 출력단 고전압 DC 릴레이에 배치된 DC+ 및 DC- 온도센서; 상기 DC+ 및 DC- 온도센서는 온도를 측정하는 온도측정 접촉부; 상기 온도측정 접촉부와 접속되고 온도검출부의 제1 전압(V1)을 발생하는 니켈-크로뮴(NiCr); 상기 온도측정 접촉부와 접속되고 온도검출부의 제2 전압(V2)을 발생하는 니켈-알루미늄(NiAl)을 제안한다.
