The present invention comprises: a battery case positioned on a lower side of a vehicle body panel; a first fastening member fixated to the vehicle body panel; a second fastening member coupled to the vehicle panel from a lower side by a means of the first fastening member while penetrating the battery case; and a third fastening member having an inner hollow portion penetrated by the second fastening member and installed to support a gap between an upper cover of the battery case and the vehicle body panel.
