An exhaust gas treatment apparatus, which can effectively reduce nitrogen oxides contained in exhaust gas, is provided according to an embodiment of the present invention. The exhaust gas treatment apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an exhaust pipe for discharging exhaust gas generated from a combustion engine; a selective catalytic reduction reactor installed on the exhaust pipe to reduce nitrogen oxides contained in the exhaust gas; a urea solution tank for storing a urea solution to be supplied to the selective catalytic reduction reactor; a urea solution supply pipe connecting the urea solution tank and the selective catalytic reduction reactor; a concentration control unit configured to adjust the urea solution to a standard concentration and comprising a urea tank for storing solid urea, a fresh water supply pipe for supplying fresh water generated by a fresh water generator and stored in a fresh water tank, a heater unit installed on the fresh water supply pipe and heating the fresh water by heat exchange with the exhaust gas, a urea solution generation tank for generating a urea solution for concentration control by mixing the solid urea and fresh water, and an injection pipe for injecting the urea solution for concentration control generated in the urea solution generation tank into the urea solution supply pipe; and a branch pipe branching from the exhaust pipe and passing through the heater unit.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 의해 배기가스 처리장치가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배기가스 처리장치는, 연소기관에서 발생된 배기가스를 배출하는 배기관과, 배기관 상에 설치되어 배기가스에 포함된 질소산화물을 저감시키는 선택적촉매환원반응기와, 선택적촉매환원반응기로 공급될 요소수를 저장하는 요소수탱크와, 요소수탱크와 선택적촉매환원반응기를 연결하는 요소수공급관과, 고체요소를 저장하는 요소탱크와, 조수기에서 생성되어 청수저장탱크에 저장된 청수를 공급하는 청수공급관과, 청수공급관 상에 설치되며 청수를 배기가스와 열교환하여 가열하는 히터부와, 고체요소와 청수를 혼합하여 농도조절용 요소수를 생성하는 요소수생성탱크, 및 요소수생성탱크에서 생성된 농도조절용 요소수를 요소수공급관에 주입하는 주입관을 포함하여, 요소수를 기준 농도로 조절하는 농도조절부, 및 배기관에서 분기되어 히터부를 경유하는 분기관을 포함할 수 있다.
