The present invention relates to a device and a method for avoidance driving of a vehicle. The device comprises: a communication module receiving vehicle driving level information from peripheral vehicles; and a control unit for driving the vehicle to increase a distance from the vehicle with the lowest driving level among the peripheral vehicles based on the vehicle driving level information.

    본 발명은 차량의 회피 주행 장치 및 회피 주행 방법에 관한 것으로, 주변 차량들로부터 차량 운전 수준 정보를 수신하는 통신 모듈 및 상기 차량 운전 수준 정보에 기초하여 상기 주변 차량들 중 가장 운전 수준이 낮은 차량과의 거리가 증가되도록 자차량을 주행시키기 위한 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
