The present invention relates to a reed pole-integrated buoy for laver net and a manufacturing method therefor. More specifically, the present invention relates to a reed pole-integrated boy for laver net and a manufacturing method therefor, in which: rigidity is greatly improved by supplying reinforcing walls at regular intervals while having a hollow in an inner diameter by extruding a reed pole; consumption of labor costs may be drastically reduced by integrally forming the buoy in a state in which the reed pole is supplied to a blower molding. The present invention is characterized in that a net reinforcing line (11) is connected to both ends of a net (12), and a reed pole (20) in which the net reinforcing line (11) is installed at both sides is connected to a laver net buoy (40); the reed pole (20) in which a reinforcing wall (21) and a hollow (22), which are supplied to the inner diameter, are repeatedly formed is included; and the reed pole (20) and the laver net buoy (40) are integrally molded.

    본 발명은 김발용 간답대 일체형 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 간답대를 압출 성형하면서 내경에 중공을 갖도록 하면서 일정한 간격으로 보강벽을 공급해 강성이 크게 향상되도록 하며, 간답대를 브로워몰딩에 공급한 상태에서 부표를 일체형으로 성형함으로써 인건비의 소모를 획기적으로 줄일 수 있도록 하는 김발용 간답대 일체형 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 그물(12)의 양쪽 선단에 그물 보강선(11)이 연결되고, 상기 그물 보강선(11)이 양쪽으로 설치되는 간답대(20)가 김발부표(40)에 연결되도록 하되; 내경에 공급되는 보강벽(21)과 중공(22)이 반복해서 형성되는 간답대(20)를 포함하고, 상기 간답대(20)와 김발부표(40)가 일체형으로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
