The present invention relates to a buoy, a mold for manufacturing a buoy and a method for manufacturing a buoy. The buoy is obtained by applying heat to a synthetic resin stack (M1) to form an outer surface fusion layer (P1) and providing through-holes (H) having a hole surface fusion layer (H) into the synthetic resin stack (M1), while carrying out secondary foaming in all directions between the outer surface fusion layer (P1) and the hole surface fusion layer (H) at the same time so that the space of air cells (A) may be amplified, while the air cells (A) between the hole surface fusion layer (H) and the outer surface fusion layer (P1) are entangled with one another, and the strong cushioning power of the synthetic resin stack (M1) itself may be ensured. In this manner, the resultant buoy maintains solidity, when being tied with a rope, or the like, a phenomenon of easy breakage of the buoy caused by external impact can be reduced significantly, and the buoyancy can be maximized.

    본 발명은 합성수지뭉치(M1)에 열을 가해 외곽표면융착층(P1)을 형성시키면서 합성수지뭉치(M1) 속으로 홀표면융착층(H)을 지닌 쓰루홀(H)을 마련함과 동시에 외곽표면융착층(P1) 및 홀표면융착층(H) 사이의 전방위로 2차 발포시킴으로써 홀표면융착층(H) 및 외곽표면융착층(P1) 사이의 에어셀(A)들이 서로 얽히고설키면서 에어셀(A)들의 공간을 증폭시킴과 동시에 합성수지뭉치(M1) 자체의 단단한 쿠션력을 보장하여 로프 등으로 묶여질 때 견고함을 유지케 하면서 외부의 충격시 쉽게 파손되는 현상까지 현저하게 줄일 수 있으며 부력 또한 극대화시킬 수 있는 부표 및 부표 제조용 금형 그리고 부표 제조 방법에 관한 발명이다.
