The present invention relates to a system for controlling a motor of a commercial vehicle having a motorized axle, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, in a low power demand section, a torque of a first motor included in a rear wheel motorized axle is controlled to follow a target torque. At the same time, a torque of a second motor included in the rear wheel motorized axle is controlled to a level which compensates for a torque error of the first motor. In addition, in a high power demand section, the torques of the first motor and the second motor included in the rear wheel motorized axle are controlled at a constant duty ratio which alternates with each other. Accordingly, not only a driver's requested torque can be satisfied, but also a maximum torque usage time of the first and second motors can be increased. The system for controlling the motor of the commercial vehicle having the motorized axle of the present invention comprises: the first motor and the second motor; an accelerator pedal position sensor; a wheel speed sensor; and a controller.
본 발명은 저출력 요구구간에서는 후륜 전동화 액슬에 포함된 제1모터의 토크를 목표토크에 추종하도록 제어하는 동시에 후륜 전동화 액슬에 포함된 제2모터의 토크를 제1모터의 토크 오차를 보상하는 수준으로 제어하고, 고출력 요구구간에서는 후륜 전동화 액슬에 포함된 제1모터 및 제2모터의 토크를 서로 교번하는 일정한 듀티비로 제어함으로써, 운전자 요구토크를 만족시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 제1모터와 제2모터의 최대토크 사용 시간을 증대시킬 수 있도록 한 전동화 액슬을 갖는 상용차량의 모터 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
