Disclosed are a floating platform capable of improving its own durability while ensuring the stability of the facility, and a floating offshore wind power generator having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a floating offshore wind power generator comprises: an upper power generation unit which performs wind power generation; and a floating platform supporting the power generation unit while floating on the sea. The floating platform includes: a plurality of floating bodies provided in the form of a hollow cylinder and erected in a vertical direction; and connection beams connecting and binding the plurality of floating bodies. A spiral strake may be provided on an outer circumference of a lower region of the floating body to avoid a connection position of the connection beam.

    부유식 플랫폼 및 이를 구비하는 부유식 해상 풍력발전장치를 개시한다. 일 실시 예에 따른 부유식 해상 풍력발전장치는 풍력발전 작용을 수행하는 상부의 발전부; 해상에 부유된 상태에서 상기 발전부를 지지하는 부유식 플랫폼;을 포함하고, 상기 부유식 플랫폼은, 중공의 원통 형태로 마련되어 수직방향으로 세워지는 복수의 부유체; 복수의 상기 부유체 사이를 연결하여 결속시키는 연결빔;을 포함하고, 상기 부유체의 하부영역 외주에는 상기 연결빔의 연결위치를 회피하여 나선형의 스트레이크가 마련될 수 있다.
