A side connection member (10) applied to a vehicle body frame (1) according to the present invention comprises: a body frame (21) having a predetermined length and formed in a connection section for connecting a center side member (3) and a rear side member (40); a front-rear connection member (21-1, 21-2) for fixing a side sill (30) and a rear side member (40); a bush mounting member for coupling a bush; and a rear lower (20) having a CTBA mounting member (25, 27, 29), which mounts a rear wheel suspension device, integrated with the body frame (21). Therefore, structural simplification, weight reduction, reduction in material costs and the strength ensuring of a coupled torsion beam axle (CTBA) (200) are achieved by the structure of a component integration type rear lower using die casting, and the rear lower (20) can be easily modified according to a design intent of a purpose built vehicle (PBV) owing to the formability of the die-casting customized for the size of the rear lower (20).

    본 발명의 차체 프레임(1)에 적용된 사이드 연결 멤버(10)는 센터 사이드 멤버(3)와 리어 사이드 멤버(40)가 이어지는 연결 구간을 소정 길이의 바디 프레임(21)으로 형성하고, 사이드 실(30)와 리어 사이드 멤버(40)를 고정하는 전후방 연결 멤버(21-1,21-2), 부시(100)를 체결하는 부시 마운팅 멤버(21-1,23) 및 후륜현가장치를 장착하는 CTBA 마운팅 멤버(25,27,29)가 바디 프레임(21)에 일체화 된 리어 로워(20)를 포함함으로써 다이캐스팅를 이용한 부품 통합형 리어 로워 구조로 구조 단순화, 경량화, 재료비 절감, CTBA(Coupled Torsion Beam Axle)(200) 강성 확보는 물론 리어 로워(20)의 사이즈 맞춤 다이캐스팅의 성형성으로 PBV(Purpose Built Vehicle)의 설계 의도에 맞춰 용이하게 변경 가능한 특징을 갖는다.
