The present invention is to provide a propulsion device for a ship capable of reducing noise and vibration of a hull due to cavitation and a ship including the same. According to the present invention, the propulsion device for a ship may comprise: a propeller which generates thrust; a body part in which the propeller is installed; a strut rotatably connecting the body part to a hull; and an air blowing member provided on the strut and forming an air layer between the propeller and the hull.

    본 발명의 선박용 추진 장치는 추진력을 발생시키는 프로펠러; 상기 프로펠러가 설치되는 몸체부; 상기 몸체부를 선체에 회전 가능하게 연결하는 스트럿; 및 상기 스트럿에 마련되고, 상기 프로펠러 및 상기 선체 사이에 공기층을 형성하는 공기 분사 부재를 포함할 수 있다.
