The present invention relates to a fuel cell vehicle which comprises: a resistor body; a super cap; a cell stack in which a plurality of unit cells are stacked; an initial charging unit which connects the cell stack to the super cap in response to a control signal and charges the super cap with voltage; and a control unit generating the control signal when the vehicle is initially started according to an operation mode. The initial charging unit includes: a first switching unit connecting the cell stack to the super cap in response to a first control signal; and a second switching unit connecting the super cap and the resistor body in response to a second control signal. In addition, the control signal includes the first and second control signals. In the fuel cell vehicle, burnout of an element can be prevented.

    실시 예의 연료 전지 차량은, 저항체와, 슈퍼캡과, 복수의 단위 셀이 적층된 셀 스택과, 제어 신호에 응답하여 셀 스택을 슈퍼캡에 연결하여 슈퍼캡에 전압을 충전시키는 초기 충전부 및 동작 모드에 따라 차량의 초기 시동 시에 제어 신호를 생성하는 제어부를 포함하고, 초기 충전부는 제1 제어 신호에 응답하여 셀 스택을 슈퍼캡에 연결하는 제1 스위칭부 및 제2 제어 신호에 응답하여 슈퍼캡과 저항체를 연결하는 제2 스위칭부를 포함하고, 제어 신호는 제1 및 제2 제어 신호를 포함한다.
