In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a heating control method for a thermal management system for a vehicle. The thermal management system includes: an air conditioning subsystem including an evaporator, a compressor, an inner condenser, an outer condenser, a first expansion valve disposed on an upstream side of the evaporator, and a refrigerant loop fluidly connected to an opening/closing valve opened and closed to block or release the flow of a refrigerant flowing into the first expansion valve; a battery cooling subsystem including a battery radiator, a battery pack, a cooling water loop fluidly connected with a battery bypass conduit allowing the battery radiator to be bypassed, a three-way valve installed on the battery bypass conduit, and a circulation pump circulating cooling water along the battery cooling water loop; a battery chiller formed to transfer heat between a branch conduit branched from the refrigerant loop and the battery cooling water loop; and a second expansion valve disposed on an upstream side of the battery chiller on the branch conduit. The method includes the following steps of: determining whether heating for a passenger compartment of a vehicle is requested; enabling a controller to close the opening/closing valve while opening the second expansion valve when heating is requested; and enabling the controller to control a switching operation of the three-way valve such that the cooling water can be circulated through the battery radiator on the battery cooling water loop at the same time as the closure of the opening/closing valve and the opening of the second expansion valve. Therefore, the present invention is capable of considerably improving electricity efficiency for heating.

    본 발명의 실시예는, 증발기, 압축기, 내측 응축기, 외측 응축기, 상기 증발기의 상류측에 배치된 제1팽창밸브, 및 상기 제1팽창밸브로 유입되는 냉매의 흐름을 차단 내지 해제하도록 개폐되는 개폐밸브에 유체적으로 연결된 냉매루프를 포함한 공조 서브시스템; 배터리 라디에이터, 배터리팩, 배터리 라디에이터를 우회함을 허용하는 배터리 바이패스도관에 유체적으로 연결된 배터리 냉각수루프와, 상기 배터리 바이패스도관에 설치된 쓰리웨이밸브와, 상기 배터리 냉각수루프를 따라 냉각수를 순환시키는 순환펌프를 포함한 배터리 냉각서브시스템; 상기 냉매루프로부터 분기된 분기도관 및 상기 배터리 냉각수루프 사이에서 열을 전달하도록 구성된 배터리칠러; 및 상기 분기도관 상에서 상기 배터리칠러의 상류측에 배치된 제2팽창밸브;를 포함한 차량용 열관리시스템의 난방 제어방법으로, 차량의 승객실에 대한 난방이 요구되는 지를 판단하고, 난방이 요구될 때 제어기에 의해 상기 개폐밸브를 폐쇄함과 동시에 상기 제2팽창밸브를 개방하고, 상기 개폐밸브의 폐쇄 및 상기 제2팽창밸브의 개방과 동시에 상기 배터리 냉각수루프 상에서 냉각수가 상기 배터리 라디에이터를 통해 순환하도록 상기 제어기에 의해 상기 쓰리웨이밸브의 스위칭작동을 제어할 수 있다.
