The present invention relates to a road anti-skid system (RAS) on black ice (snow, rain). According to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to reduce the stopping distance of a vehicle in a poor road condition such as frozen road or road with snow or rain, the RAS evenly scatters brick powder on slippery roads to remove surrounding moisture, to be inserted into ice or snow on the roads when wheels pass by, to increase the stopping frictional force with rough surfaces, and recovers frictional force on the slippery roads up to a level of a normal road as if sand is scattered on slippery hills. In addition, the RAS registers the position of a road with slippery surfaces and transmits the information to a following vehicle, thereby inducing safe driving by reducing the speed of the vehicle. Here, the vehicle registered with a discharge of brick powder can help remove ice by scattering an environmentally-friendly ice removal solution. In addition, the sand and clay composing the brick powder are all nature-friendly materials, and are crushed by absorbing surrounding moisture, so that the sand and clay do not cause harmful environmental problems even afterwards, and the snow and water can be moved to the sides by the wind from the running vehicles, so that the slipperiness on the roads can be minimized.

    일 실시 예에 따른 빙판길, 눈길 또는 빗길과 같은 열악한 도로 상황에서 차량의 정지거리를 단축하기 위하여 도로의 미끄럼 방지 시스템(RAS)에서는 미끄러운 도로 위에 벽돌구를 균일하게 뿌려 주변의 물기를 제거하며, 바퀴가 지나갈 때 도로의 얼음이나 눈 속에 삽입되고 거친 면으로 정지 마찰력을 증가시켜 미끄러운 언덕에 모래를 뿌리는 효과와 같이 미끄러운 도로를 일반도로와 같이 마찰력을 회복시킨다. 또한 미끄럼이 발생한 도로의 위치를 등록하여 뒤따라오는 차량에게 전달함으로써 차량의 감속을 통한 안전 운행을 유도한다. 이때 벽돌구 배출과 함께 등록된 차량은 친환경 제설액을 뿌려 제설작업을 도울 수 있다. 그리고 벽돌구를 구성하는 모래와 점토는 모두 자연 친화적인 재료이고, 주변 물기를 흡수하여 부서지므로 차후에도 유해한 환경문제를 발생하지 않으며, 주행으로 인한 바람으로 눈과 물을 옆으로 보내기 때문에 도로의 미끄럼을 최소화할 수 있다.
