Disclosed are a brake disk for a non-powered anti-lock brake for a bicycle capable of realizing a lightweight anti-lock brake with a simple structure that do not require power at all times, and a non-powered anti-lock brake system for a bicycle using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a brake disk for a non-powered anti-lock brake for a bicycle comprises a rotor, a disc arm and a hub joint. The rotor includes a plurality of first rotor units having a thin thickness, second rotor units having a thick thickness, and third rotor units whose thickness gradually changes while connecting the first rotor unit and the second rotor unit.
