The present invention relates to an apparatus for diagnosing an abnormality of a pantograph, which comprises: a charging power output unit which supplies charging power to a vehicle entering to a pantograph type vehicle charger; a first communication unit which communicates with the vehicle entering for charging; and a charger control unit which receives charging information authorized for charging of a vehicle battery from a vehicle charging unit of the vehicle through the first communication unit, calculates a contact resistance of the pantograph by using information on a power supplied to the vehicle through the charging power output unit and the charging information received from the vehicle charging unit, and if the contact resistance is equal to or more than a criterion, diagnoses an abnormality of the pantograph. The apparatus diagnoses an abnormality of the pantograph to remove a cause of the abnormality.

    본 발명은 판토그라프의 이상 진단 장치에 관한 것으로, 판토그라프형 차량 충전기에 진입한 차량에 충전 전원을 공급하는 충전 전원 출력부; 상기 충전을 위해 진입한 차량과 통신하는 제1 통신부; 및 상기 차량의 차량 충전부로부터 차량 배터리의 충전을 위해 인가되는 충전 정보를 상기 제1 통신부를 통해 전달받고, 상기 충전 전원 출력부를 통해 차량에 공급하는 전원 정보와 상기 차량 충전부로부터 전달받은 충전 정보를 이용하여 판토그라프의 접촉 저항을 산출하여, 상기 접촉 저항이 기준 이상일 경우에 판토그라프 이상으로 진단하는 충전기 제어부;를 포함한다.
