The present invention relates to a child accident prevention safety system to which a face recognition technology is applied. According to the present invention, based on a seat camera, a position of a child is determined, and whether the child is seated and whether a seat belt is worn can be confirmed. In addition, when the child is left unattended, a warning message is sent to a mobile terminal so that a guardian intuitively checks child's safety information. Thus, an in-vehicle accident of the child is prevented. In addition, as child's getting off information is easily checked when getting off, an accident after getting off, such as kidnapping or abduction, is prevented. According to of the present invention, the child accident prevention safety system to which the face recognition technology is applied comprises: a seat camera unit (100); a getting off camera unit (200); a calculation unit (300); a pressure sensor unit (400); a magnetic sensor unit (500); a communication unit (600); a communication module unit (700); and a display (800).

    본 발명은 좌석카메라를 기반으로 어린이의 위치를 판단하고, 어린이의 착석여부와 안전벨트 착용 여부를 확인할 수 있고, 어린이의 방치 시 모바일 단말기로 경고 메시지를 송신하여 보호자가 어린이의 안전 정보를 직관적으로 확인함으로써, 어린이의 차량 내 사고를 예방하고 하차 시 어린이의 하차 정보를 쉽게 확인함으로써 납치나 유괴 같은 하차 후사고도 예방에 관한 것이다.
