The present invention relates to a device for controlling the speed of an autonomous driving vehicle or a remotely controlled vehicle. The present invention can control the speed of the vehicle without control of an acceleration pedal or a brake pedal by a driver. More specifically, the present invention can detect positions of the acceleration pedal and the brake pedal to detect a situation where the driver directly intervenes in driving during autonomous driving or remotely controlled driving to transfer a vehicle speed control right to the driver. Moreover, the present invention supplies a base voltage to the electronic control unit to perform smooth driving to prevent misrecognition of a detection sensor during the autonomous driving or the remotely controlled driving.
본 발명은 자율주행 또는 원격제어 차량의 속도를 제어할 수 있는 장치이다. 본 발명은 운전자에 의한 가속페달이나 브레이크 페달의 조작 없이도 차량의 속도를 제어할 수 있으며, 특히 가속페달 및 브레이크 페달의 위치를 감지하여 자율주행 또는 원격제어 운행 중 운전자가 직접 개입하는 상황을 감지하여 차량 속도 제어권을 운전자로 이양토록 할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 자율주행이나 원격제어 주행 시, 감지센서를 오 인식하지 않도록 전자 제어유닛으로 기저전압을 공급하여 원활한 주행이 이루어지도록 할 수 있다.
