According to the present invention, a floating electricity generation apparatus (100) comprises a floating body (10), a generator (20), a power generating pattern (30), and a wire (40). A floating member (11) to be rolled by the waves (32) of the sea is widened to both sides by fixed wires (12, 14) extended long by drooping to form a curved surface. The ends of the fixed wires (12, 14) are buried and fixed in opposite or different directions from each other based on the floating member (11) at the bottom of the seabed, enabling free rolling of the floating member. The generator (20) is provided inside the sealed interior of the floating member (11). In the generator (20), generating members (21) are coupled to inertia weights (24) and bearings (26) by generator shafts (22) and inertia weight shafts (25). Due to the relative motion with the inertia weights (24) stopped by the floating member (11) to be rolled by the waves (32), the generating members (21) rotate (31) while moving up and down. As the two or more generating members (21) and the inertia weights (24) are installed and fixed at 90 degrees or other angles, vertical movement in either a left or right direction enables the generation of electricity. The electricity thus generated is converted through a converter (27), and the current is transmitted through a transmission line (43). Therefore, everyone can easily generate electricity through the floating electricity generation apparatus.

    본 발명에 따른 부유 발전장치(100)는, 부유 몸체(10), 발전기(20), 발전 작동 양식(30), 전선(40)으로 구성된다. 바다의 파도(32)에 따라 롤링(rolling)하는 부유체(11)는 고정 와이어(12, 14)를 축 처지게 곡면이 되게 길게 늘어뜨려 양쪽으로 벌어지게 하고 고정 와이어(12, 14) 끝은 해저면 바닥에 부유체(11)를 중심으로 서로 반대방향 또는 다른방향으로 되게 매설 고정하여 롤링을 자유롭게 하고, 부유체(11)의 밀폐된 내부에 발전기(20)를 두고 발전기(20)에는 발전기 축(22)과 관성 추(24) 및 관성 추 축(25) 및 베어링(26)으로 연결 결합되어 파도(32)에 의해 롤링하는 부유체(11)에 의해 정지된 관성 추(24)와의 상대운동으로 발전기(21)가 상하로 움직이며 회전(31)하고 두개 이상의 발전기(21) 및 관성 추(24)가 90도 또는 다른 각도로 설치 고정되게 하므로 좌, 우 어떤 방향의 상하 운동도 발전이 가능하게 한다. 이로 인해 생성된 전기를 변환기(27)를 통해 변환시켜 전류를 송전선(43)으로 전송한다.
