The present invention provides a drone failure prediction system that can be used for failure prediction and integrity management of all drones by performing failure prediction and analysis on drones. According to the present invention, a drone failure prediction system using machine learning comprises: a brushless motor which rotates to generate lift; a blade which converts the rotation of the brushless motor into lift; a printed circuit board provided with a control circuit for controlling balance and direction; a vibration sensor for detecting the vibration of the brushless motor and the vibration of the blade; a temperature sensor for detecting temperatures of a plurality of regions of the printed circuit board; an impact sensor for detecting an external impact; and an intelligent control unit which continuously learns vibration data detected by the vibration sensor, temperature data detected by the temperature sensor, and impact data detected by the impact sensor to calculate the possibility of failure.

    머신러닝을 이용한 드론 고장예지 시스템은 양력을 발생시키기 위해 회전하는 브러쉬리스 모터와, 브러쉬리스 모터의 회전을 양력으로 변환해주는 블레이드와, 균형 및 방향을 제어하는 제어회로가 구비되는 인쇄회로기판과, 브러쉬리스 모터의 진동 및 블레이드의 진동을 감지하는 진동 감지부와, 인쇄회로기판의 복수의 영역의 온도를 감지하는 온도 감지부와, 외부충격을 감지하는 충격 감지부와, 진동 감지부에서 감지된 진동 데이터와 온도 감지부에서 감지된 온도 데이터와 충격 감지부에서 감지된 충격 데이터를 연속적으로 학습하여 고장 가능성을 산출하는 지능형 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
