The present invention relates to a manhole lift repair apparatus also capable of cutting and separating an attached surface (B) to a vertical cutting block (A) and a horizontal attached surface (HB) cutting and separating and lifting system for a vertical cutting block (A) using the same. When a circumferential vertical cutting (g) of the vertical cutting block (A) is completed, a downward slide of a moving wedge sloped surface (45a)(45b) firmly horizontally compresses a wedge compression frame (3) with a first pressurizing and compressing force of a wedge unit (W) against a manhole housing. Here, a cutting separation frame (2) of the horizontal attached surface (HB) of the vertical cutting block (A) is installed over upper end units of both ends of the manhole housing by crossing the manhole center unit at right angles to the wedge compression frame (3), and a small hydraulic jack (J) is installed on a lower side of a symmetric hydraulic jack support unit integrated with both extension lines thereof. Both symmetric small hydraulic jacks (J) alternatingly lift both ends of the cutting and separation frame (2) of the horizontal attached surface (HB) to the vertical cutting block (A) by a zigzag method, thereby slowly cutting and separating the horizontal attached surface (HB) of the vertical cutting block (A) towards the manhole housing (10) from a circumferential vertical cutting line (g) by the asymmetric lifting. Meanwhile, a second pressurizing and compressing force of the wedge unit (W) is further added to the first pressurizing and compressing force of the wedge unit (W) of the wedge compression frame (3) at the time of lifting motion by a lift equipment (C), thereby preventing the compression slip due to the lifting weight of the vertical cutting block (A).
본 발명은 수직절단블록(A)의 원주상 수직 절단(g)이 완료된 상태에서 이동쐐기경사면(45a)(45b)의 하향슬라이드에 의해 쐐기부(W)의 제1 가압·압착력이 발휘된 쐐기압착프레임(3)이 맨홀하우징에 대하여 견고하게 수평 압착되고, 이 상태에서 쐐기압착프레임(3)에 직각으로 맨홀중심부를 가로질러 맨홀하우징의 양단상단부에 걸쳐 「수직절단블록(A) 수평부착면(HB)의 절단분리 프레임(2)」이 설치되면서 그 양 연장선에 일체로 형성된 대칭의 유압잭지지부의 하부에 소형 유압잭(J)되며, 「수직절단블록(A) 수평부착면(HB)의 절단분리 프레임(2)」의 양단을 대칭의 양 소형 유압잭(J)에 의해 지그재그 방식으로 번갈아가면서 교번적으로 리프팅(lifting)시킴으로써 비대칭리프팅에 의해 원주상 수직 절단선(g)으로부터 맨홀하우징(10)을 향해 수직절단블록(A)의 수평 부착면(HB)이 서서히 절단·분리되는 한편, 리프트장비(C)에 의한 「인상」동작 시 쐐기압착프레임(3)의 쐐기부(W)의 제1 가압·압착력에 더하여 쐐기부(W)의 제2 가압·압착력이 한층 더 가중됨으로써 수직절단블록(A)의 인상 중량으로 인한 압착슬립이 방지되게 한 발명이다.
