The present invention relates to a system for operating a forcible vaporizer for a vessel and a method thereof, which are provided to stably operate a forcible vaporizer provided at a vessel using liquefied gas of an extremely low temperature as fuel. To this end, the system for operating a forcible vaporizer for a vessel according to the present invention comprises: a liquefied gas storage tank storing liquefied gas; a forcible vaporizer vaporizing liquefied gas transported from the liquefied gas storage tank; a flow rate control valve provided to control the flow rate of liquefied gas to be supplied from the liquefied gas storage tank to the forcible vaporizer; a temperature control valve provided to transport part of the liquefied gas transported from the liquefied gas storage tank before bypassing the forcible vaporizer towards a downstream side from the forcible vaporizer; a mixer mixing regassification gas gasified in the forcible vaporizer and the liquefied gas which has bypassed the forcible vaporizer; a fuel gas compressor compressing mixed gas mixed in the mixer; and a control unit determining the minimal open rate of the flow rate control valve required to satisfy the temperature condition required by the fuel gas compressor according to the open rate of the temperature control valve.

    본 발명은 극저온의 액화가스를 연료로 사용하는 선박에 구비되는 강제기화기를 안정적으로 운전할 수 있도록 한 선박의 강제기화기 운전 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 선박의 강제기화기 운전 시스템은, 액화가스를 저장하는 액화가스 저장탱크; 상기 액화가스 저장탱크로부터 이송된 액화가스를 기화시키는 강제기화기; 상기 액화가스 저장탱크로부터 강제기화기로 공급할 액화가스의 유량을 제어하기 위한 유량 제어밸브; 상기 액화가스 저장탱크로부터 이송되는 액화가스 중 일부를 상기 강제기화기를 우회하여 강제기화기 하류로 이송되도록 하는 온도 제어밸브; 상기 강제기화기에서 기화된 재기화 가스와 상기 강제기화기를 우회한 액화가스를 혼합하는 혼합기; 상기 혼합기에서 혼합된 혼합가스를 압축하는 연료가스 압축기; 및 상기 온도 제어밸브의 개도율에 따라, 상기 연료가스 압축기의 요구 온도 조건을 충족시키기 위해 필요한 유량 제어밸브의 최소 개도율을 결정하는 제어부;를 포함한다.
