The present invention relates to a floating power plant that can increase space utilization while reducing material costs by minimizing power generation facilities installed in a limited space of a floating structure. According to the present invention, the floating power plant comprises: a power generation system installed on a floating structure and equipped with a plurality of generators to produce electricity; and a cooling system supplying fresh water to the power generation system. The cooling system includes: a circulation pipe for circulating the fresh water in the power generation system; a pump provided on the circulation pipe and supplying the fresh water to the power generation system; and a cooling unit installed on land and connected to the circulation pipe to cool the fresh water passing through the power generation system in an air-cooled manner.
