Disclosed is an insulation structure that is formed on the outer surface of a tank body that accommodates liquefied gas therein, and includes a first polyurethane foam layer, a second polyurethane foam layer, and a mesh-type reinforcing material positioned between the first polyurethane foam layer and the second polyurethane foam layer, wherein the diameter of one grid of the mesh is 1 mm to 100 mm. The insulation structure provided in one embodiment of the present invention has an effect of effectively blocking both spread of cracks due to stress inside the tank and cracks caused by external force outside the tank while maintaining excellent insulation performance.

    내부에 액화가스를 수용하는 탱크 몸체의 외부 표면에 형성되는 단열구조로, 상기 단열구조는 제1 폴리우레탄폼 층, 제2 폴리우레탄폼 층 및 상기 제1 폴리우레탄폼 층 및 제2 폴리우레탄폼 층 사이에 위치하는 메쉬 형태의 보강재를 포함하고, 상기 메쉬의 격자 하나의 직경은 1 mm 내지 100 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열구조가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에서 제공되는 단열구조는 단열 성능을 우수하게 유지하면서도 탱크 내부의 응력에 따른 균열 및 탱크 외부의 외력에 따른 균열의 확산을 모두 효과적으로 차단할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
