A tire sensor performing an energy harvesting function according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing; a sensor unit which is installed inside the housing and in which at least one sensor is installed; a power unit which supplies driving power to the sensor unit; a communication unit which transmits measurement values of the sensor unit to a vehicle receiver; and an energy harvesting module which is installed in one area in the housing, collects pressure energy generated at a moment that a tire contacts a road during driving, and converts the same into electrical energy. The energy harvesting module comprises: a piezoelectric element installed to be in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the tire and converts pressure energy into electrical energy; and a rectifier unit which rectifies the electrical energy. According to the present invention, a power system is implemented to drive the sensor installed in the tire.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른, 에너지하 베스팅 기능을 수행하는 타이어센서에 있어서, 하우징; 하우징 내에 실장되며 적어도 하나의 센서가 실장된 센서부; 센서부로 구동전원을 공급하는 전원부;’ 센서부의 측정값을 차량 수신단으로 전송하는 통신부; 및 하우징 내부의 일 영역에 설치되며, 주행중 타이어가 노면과 접하는 순간에 발생되는 압력에너지를 수집하여 전기에너지로 변환하는 에너지 하베스팅 모듈; 을 포함하되, 에너지 하베스팅 모듈은 타이어의 내주면과 맞닿도록 설치되어 압력에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하는 압전 소자; 및 전기에너지를 정류하는 정류부를 포함한다.
