본 발명은 양방향 충전 및 방전을 이용한 가상 발전소 운용 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 양방향 충전 및 방전을 이용한 가상 발전소 운용 방법은, 전기차 충전기 또는 전기차로부터 전기차 정보와, 가상 발전소를 통해 에너지를 공급받는 수용가의 수용가 전기미터로부터 전기미터 정보를 수집하는 단계, 상기 수집된 전기차 정보로부터 전기차 배터리 잔량 및 가상 발전소 운영 가능 시간을 예측하는 단계, 상기 예측된 전기차 배터리 잔량 및 가상 발전소 운영 가능 시간을 기반으로 상기 전기차 배터리 잔량을 거래 자원으로 등록하는 단계, 및 상기 수집된 전기미터 정보와 상기 등록된 거래 자원에 대한 전기차 정보를 비교하여 거래 가능한 경우 상기 전기차의 방전 지시를 통해 거래를 수행하는 단계를 포함한다.

    The present invention relates to a method and device for operating a virtual power plant using bidirectional charging and discharging, wherein a method for operating a virtual power plant using bidirectional charging and discharging according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: collecting electric vehicle information from an electric vehicle charger or an electric vehicle, and electricity meter information from a consumer electricity meter of a consumer receiving supply of energy through a virtual power plant; predicting, from the collected electric vehicle information, a remaining battery capacity of the electric vehicle and an available operating time of the virtual power plant; registering the remaining battery capacity of the electric vehicle as a transaction resource on the basis of the predicted remaining battery capacity of the electric vehicle and available operating time of the virtual power plant; and comparing the collected electricity meter information with electric vehicle information regarding the registered transaction resource, and performing a transaction through a discharge instruction of the electric vehicle if a transaction is possible.
