The present invention proposes a method for calculating the movement time of a ship using AIS data in order for a VTS controller to calculate the movement time of a ship arriving and departing for objective and accurate prediction and calculating the arrival and departure time of a ship arriving and departing for a certain port in the past for a certain period. By analyzing the calculation results, it was confirmed that arriving ships prefer to berth in the departure position, and the movement time of ships berthing in the departure position is shorter than the movement time of ships berthing in the arrival position. In addition, it was confirmed that the time required for port entry is longer than the time required for departure, so that the port efficiency can be improved by arranging the departing ships first when there are many arriving and departing ships. The prediction method of the present invention can be actively utilized for controlling ships arriving and departing from ports based on different analysis results for each port.

    본 발명은 VTS 관제사가 객관적이고 정확한 예측을 위해 입출항하는 선박의 이동시간을 산출하고자, AIS 데이터를 이용하여 선박 이동시간을 산출하는 방법을 제안하고, 이를 기초로 특정 항에 대해 과거 일정 기간에 입출항하는 선박의 입출항 이동시간을 산출하였다. 산출 결과를 분석하여 입항선박들은 출항자세로 접안하는 것을 선호하고 출항자세로 접안한 선박의 이동시간이 입항자세보다 짧은 것을 확인하였다. 또한 입항시 소요시간이 출항시 소요시간보다 더 소요되고 있어, 입출항선이 많을 때 출항선을 우선 배치하는 것이 항만효율을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 발명의 예측 방법은 각 항만별로 다른 분석 결과를 토대로 입출항 선박의 통제 등에 적극 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
