The present invention relates to a train control system using information on railway infrastructure and vehicle operating conditions, and a train control method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a server operating the train control system comprises: a communication module; a memory storing a train control program; a processor executing the train control program; and a database respectively storing information on braking performance of each train, track status information, all lane status information, and train operation schedule information. The train control program is able to calculate an operation delay of a first train, determine whether a train accident has occurred or not in accordance with the results of comparison of the calculated operation delay value with a first threshold value, and if it is determined that a train accident has occurred, determine whether a preceding train is moving or not in accordance with the results of comparison of the speed of the preceding train running in front of the first train with a second threshold value, and if it is determined that the preceding train is moving, determine whether a railway structure or all the lanes have a disorder or not when the reduced speed of the first train satisfies a preset value and renew the braking reduced speed of the first train saved in the database when the reduced speed of the first train does not satisfy the preset value. The present invention aims to provide a train control system using information on railway infrastructure and vehicle operating conditions, and a train control method using the same, which are capable of improving train operation efficiency.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 열차제어시스템을 운영하는 서버는 통신 모듈; 열차 제어 프로그램이 저장된 메모리; 상기 열차 제어 프로그램을 실행하는 프로세서; 열차별 제동 성능에 대한 정보, 궤도의 상태 정보, 전차선의 상태 정보 및 열차 운행 스케줄 정보가 각각 저장된 데이터베이스를 포함한다. 상기 열차 제어 프로그램은 제 1 열차의 운행 지연을 산출하고, 산출된 운행 지연값과 제 1 임계값의 비교 결과에 따라 열차사고 발생여부를 판단하고, 열차사고 발생으로 판단된 경우, 제 1 열차에 앞서 운행하는 선행 열차의 속도와 제 2 임계값의 비교 결과에 따라 선행열차의 이동 여부를 판단하고, 선행 열차가 이동중인 것으로 판단된 경우, 제 1 열차의 감속도가 미리 설정된 값을 만족하는 경우에는 선로 구조물 또는 전차선 이상 여부를 판단하고, 제 1 열차의 감속도가 미리 설정된 값을 만족하지 못하는 경우에는 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 제 1 열차의 제동 감속도를 갱신한다.
