In the present invention, a front portion of a seat cushion is ascended and a rear portion of the seat cushion is descended during tilting of the seat cushion to prevent a lower body of a passenger from being entirely ascended to prevent feet of the passenger from being excessively floated. Therefore, an additional foothold for supporting the feet of the passenger is not required, and convenience can be improved by realizing a stable posture of the passenger.

    본 발명에서는 시트쿠션의 틸팅시 시트쿠션의 전방부는 상승되고 후방부는 하강됨에 따라 탑승자의 하체가 전체적으로 상승되지 않음으로써 탑승자의 발이 과도하게 뜨지 않는다. 이로 인해, 탑승자의 발을 지지하기 위한 별도 발판이 요구되지 않으며, 탑승자의 안정적인 자세 구현을 통해 편의성이 향상되는 차량용 시트 조절 장치가 소개된다.
