The present invention provides a submarine prevention apparatus of a fold and dive seat for a vehicle, which mounts a stopper link capable of inertial movement to be rotatable at a position near a dive link of the fold and dive seat, so that the stopper link moves by inertia and rotes in case of a forward collision accident to restrict the dive link, so as to prevent deformation of the dive link and a submarine phenomenon at the same time.

    본 발명은 폴드 앤 다이브 시트의 다이브 링크 주변 위치에 관성 운동 가능한 스토퍼 링크를 회전 가능하게 장착하여, 전방 충돌 사고시 스토퍼 링크가 관성 운동을 하면서 회전하면서 다이브 링크를 구속시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 다이브 링크의 변형을 방지하는 동시에 서브마린 현상을 용이하게 방지할 수 있는 자동차용 폴드 앤 다이브 시트의 서브마린 방지 장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.
